$30 Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
Appointment Deposit Requirement
To secure your appointment, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit reserves your appointment time and prevents last-minute cancellations from impacting scheduling availability. Because appointment slots are held exclusively for each client, deposits are required for all services without exception.
Deposit Terms
A $30 deposit is required for every appointment booked.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances except if the appointment is canceled by Braids By Britney.
Deposits will be applied toward your scheduled service total unless otherwise stated during booking.
Appointments without a deposit payment will be automatically canceled.
Deposits are non-transferable to another client.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations occur.
Clients may reschedule their appointment one (1) time using the original deposit if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date.
Any additional reschedule requests will require a new $30 deposit.
Deposits are forfeited for same-day rescheduling requests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
Deposits are not refunded for canceled appointments.
Clients wishing to book again after canceling must submit a new deposit.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will:
Forfeit their deposit immediately.
Be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments.
May be denied future booking privileges at the discretion of Braids By Britney.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to cancellation depending on the schedule for the day.
Late arrivals resulting in cancellation will forfeit their deposit.
A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Service Changes
To ensure adequate preparation and scheduling:
Hairstyle changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment.
Requested style changes are subject to approval based on time availability.
Significant changes may require a new appointment and deposit.
Client Preparation
Clients must arrive:
With clean, fully detangled hair unless a wash service has been booked.
Ready for their scheduled service at the appointment time.
With any required hair or accessories specified during booking.
Failure to follow preparation requirements may result in additional fees, shortened service time, or appointment cancellation.
Stylist Cancellation
In the rare event that Braids By Britney must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will have the option to:
Transfer your deposit to a new appointment date, or
Receive a full refund of your deposit.
Agreement
By booking an appointment with Braids By Britney, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Deposit Policy. The $30 deposit serves as a reservation fee for your scheduled appointment and confirms acceptance of all booking terms and conditions.
